Kerrimuir Neighbourhood House

Box Hill North's Hidden Treasure

Kerrimuir Neighbourhood House was incorporated as a Not for Profit organisation on June 28th 1993 and was officially opened on October 28th 1993. Kerrimuir Neighbourhood House has been a thriving, socially inclusive neighbourhood house since its inception. The friendly team comprising of staff, tutors, volunteers and a committee of governance (COG) are here to support all participants and community members, making them feel at home in the cozy home that is Kerrimuir.

OUR VISION: Our community is happy, vibrant, respectful, open and inquisitive; with a strong sense of trust and integrity. We are welcoming, adaptive and we respond to changes by including everyone.

OUR MISION: Kerrimuir Neighbourhood House is a place that provides activities in an environment that is friendly, welcoming and peaceful. Our Centre enables people to try new things, learn new skills and connect with one another.

We are committed at the core and open at the edges.

We model and encourage respectful communication.
