Stretch and Release

​Stretch & Release focuses on improving flexibility, mobility, posture and joint range of motion. Using a combination of gentle movements and slow holds we will provide relief to tight and tense muscles, exploring techniques that nurture your body & calm your mind.

Strength Training for Older Adults - Gentle

This chair-based class will combine gentle movement with the use of weights to improve muscle tone, coordination and balance.
