COST: $80 (8 WEEKS)
1. Senior Adults
9.15 am -9.55 am
In this class you will use hand weights, movement and circuit work to improve your general fitness.
2. Exercise, Strength & Fitness
10.05 am - 10.45 am
Improve your muscle tone, coordination, balance and core strength while improving your overall health.
1. Strength Training for Older Adults - Gentle
9.15 am - 9.55 am
This chair-based class will combine gentle movement with the use of weights to improve muscle tone, coordination and balance.
*Participants of KNH strength classes may be asked to consult with their doctor.
