We are very fortunate to have an outstanding and committed tutor Teresa, who understands the exercise needs of older adults.

Senior Adults

In this class you will use hand weights, movement and circuit work to improve your general fitness.

Strength Training for Older Adults - Gentle

This chair-based class will combine gentle movement with the use of weights to improve muscle tone, coordination and balance.

Our boxing class will keep you fit. You will learn the correct boxing technique.

Tai Chi - On hold

Tai Chi is a non - competitive martial art known for its self-defence techniques and health benefits. As a form of exercise, it combines gentle physical exercise and stretching with mindfulness.

Walking Group

Come along and join in our walking group, great way to keep up your fitness and meet others. Our walking group will be run by our exercise tutor and walks will be arranged by term in advanced so members can see where they will be walking.
