At K.N.H. we are very fortunate to have 2 outstanding and committed Personal Trainers, Amy & Nadia, who understand the exercise needs of older adults.

COST: $100 (10 WEEKS)

WEDNESDAY CLASSES

1. Senior Adults

                                 9.15 am -9.55 am

In this class you will use hand weights, movement and circuit work to improve your general fitness.

Dates:  Wednesday 17 July - 18 September

2. Exercise, Strength & Fitness

                             10.05 am - 10.45 am

Improve your muscle tone, coordination, balance and core strength while improving your overall health.

Dates: Wednesday 17 July - 18 September


 

*Participants of KNH strength classes may be asked to consult with their doctor.

THURSDAY CLASSES

1. Strength Training for Older Adults - Gentle

                            9.15 am - 9.55 am

This chair-based class will combine gentle movement with the use of weights to improve muscle tone, coordination and balance.

Dates: Thursday 18 July - 19 September

2. Exercise Strength & Fitness

                       10.05 am - 10.45 am

Improve your muscle tone, coordination, balance and core strength while improving your overall health.
